While some may remember a time when the thought of KFC would make their mouth water, recent reviews suggest that the quality of this fast food chain's offerings has declined. Customers have complained of greasy, flavorless chicken that is not worth the price. Even with the use of coupons, some were dissapointed by cold gravy and lackluster meals. With the opening of competing restaurants like Popeye's, it seems that KFC may need to step up their game in order to keep their customers satisfied.

This is one of the worst KFC's I have ever been toI ordered cole slaw, and it was this unappetizing peachy orange color.
This is one of Calgary's most poorly run storesStaff are very unorganized and it takes forever.
Had a pretty bad experience with this KFC in particular.
I hoped with the opening of popeye’s would charge the kfc her game. not so. 8 pieces consisted of 4 legs, 2 legs and 2 wings! great and tasteless. I couldn't even eat it. even the fries were limp and greasy.
When I was younger, even the idea of getting kfc would make my mouthwater. now I even avoid the idea of it. it is fat and bland. I think they have the recipe about the time and now it has not the same taste. my family decided to be a big bucket. that was not very good at all. for the amount of money they charge now, it is simply not worth it anymore. I would rather go to popeye’s or fritou chicken.
