I told them it was over cooked, that the bun was cooked twice. How can you serve this to costumers?

It is a new location and may have somekinks. I know I will come back to this location.

After eati... read more I visited KFC on November 10 at 6:30 PM and ordered the special 10-piece for $16, along with the spicy crunch combo and two packs of popcorn chicken. After eating, my three kids and I all got sick the next day with continuous vomiting. I even had to take my two six-month-old babies to the emergency room. I called the manager to report the issue, and he said he would investigate and speak with his other managers, then get back to me. However, he never followed up or apologized. I am extremely disappointed with this lack of responsibility. Four people in my household got sick, and they showed no concern. I strongly advise against eating there if you don’t want to risk getting sick.

However, my orders are frequently wrong, with missing items or special requests ignored. The food is seldom fresh and hot, whether I pick it up or have it delivered. While the staff appears to make an effort, it seems they are held back by management that doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction. When my family wants fried chicken, we’ll stick to other options.

She slammed my receipt down, seemed unwilling to answer a simple question, and overall appeared like she didn’t want to be there. She was also the one who called my order and basically shoved my bag of food onto the counter. Please train your employees to show more respect to customers.
