Went in there today ordered a popcorn chicken bowl it had a whopping 4 pieces of popcorn chicken in it very very cheap stingy manager im sure its not

This restaurant is likely the worst in the city. I have had better luck ordering takeout, as the food has never been fresh when I dine in.

Double-down deliciousness! Aside from that, this location is pretty good.

My partner and I had a busy day and decided to grab a quick meal to go. We ordered a small meal meant for two to share. A blonde woman wearing glasses directed us to park by the front door, so we did. We placed our order at 7:08 PM and waited until 7:25 PM to go inside. When we entered, our meal still hadn't been prepared, and it hadn't been given to any of the other cars waiting, even though it was the same woman bringing out food. It seemed like there shouldn't have been any mix-up. I've never asked for a refund in my life, but the service here was terrible. To make matters worse, there was only one employee who knew how to process refunds, which took an agonizing five to ten minutes for a cash return. While I was waiting inside, another man claimed he had been waiting for 20 minutes. The place was completely empty except for him, and now I understand why.

During my first order, the girl couldn't find an item that was clearly displayed on the menu behind her and simply said she couldn't help me. For my second order, I requested the special of the day, but she overcharged me and refused to provide a receipt. When I inquired about the special, she wouldn't give me any information, and while I waited, I saw her laughing with a coworker about the overcharge. It was only after I spoke to her manager that she admitted she had charged me more than the advertised special price. Instead of addressing my concern, she started complaining to her coworker and making faces. All I wanted was clarity about the special since I didn't realize that the item I ordered was part of it. This was by far the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had.
