The woman serving was friendly and, although she seemed to be working alone, she managed all the Skip orders efficiently. There was a good range of spice level options to choose from. The photo shows the Veggie Bop and two Pork Bops (with a few bites missing because we were too eager to start eating—I almost forgot to snap the picture!). We also had the tteokbokki, which disappeared quickly and isn't pictured. The food is delicious, and the service is fast and friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back often. We love the variety of options for customizing your bowl, including sauces, spice levels, and ingredients. As a vegetarian, I particularly enjoy the crispy tofu and spring rolls in my bowl. My husband says the meat is excellent too; he's tried both the pork and beef so far. Thanks, K-cupbop, for the tasty meals!
