JOEY Barlow - Calgary

All the food was incredibly fresh and service was fast. Every staff member was very friendly. Thank you for a great afternoon. We will absolutely be back!

I and my two boys went 'fishy ' one recent Sunday lunch the two ordered ahi tuna sandwich and fish taco respectively while I chose crushed herbs salmon. My dish came with a delectable slightly lemony tweaked mashed potato which is really engrossing. My wife ordered blackened chicken with creamy Caesar side included in which were potatoes, bacon chips and greens. We shared each other 's dish and they were all good! Serving sizes were filling.It was Joey Barlow 's redemption of sort, at least for me, as when the California chicken burger I ordered months ago at this same restaurant turned out to have bitterly burned (chicken breast) crust and the veggie in the burger was sorrily wilted in an overly salty sauce!

I think Joey is onemof my absolute favorite restaurants. Their Hand Pressed Burgers are the absolute best! I tried their salads recently which is a huges switch from Burgers but I was not disappointed at all! As a matter of fact, I veryuch enjoyed them. Their service is perfect and the atmosphere is always great. They removed the flatbreads from their menu which was heartbreaking but there are so many other fantastic options there.

Food was good. Had the teriyaki chicken bowl. It was a little bit oily but still tasted good.Apple pie and donut was delicious. Highly recommend these two desserts. Our server was great!

Food was awesome, service is top notch. Had a little bit more than usual spicy drink but the manager came and apologized for it, not a lot of restaurants cares about their clients the same way this restaurant does.Very clean and very professional and friendly staff, my buddy and I were very comfortable sitting here we felt welcomed.I will be back.
