I go to a number of shawarma places in the ci... read more I went to take out late on a Sunday evening and the place was packed. After eating it, you can definitely see why. I go to a number of shawarma places in the city and this is by far the best shawarma I’ve ever had in Calgary! We ordered a wrap and a platter and both we huge. The hummus was so creamy, the potatoes were perfect. I don’t know what spices they use but the meat is the best I’ve ever tasted! The guys behind the counter are some of the friendliest people ever. This is my new favorite place to eat!

The amount of food that was served was really generous ,along with variaties of vegetables, which makes it a good choice for vegetarians and vegans to dine in (falafel and hummus are served). Yet the service wasn't that good . We went in a group of four ,ordered two playes of chicken shawerma and shish plates along with chicken shawerma wrap sandwich. The plates were served , but I have to remind the young man who is in charge for wrapping the sandwiches twice of my order , but without any response . He even carried on to wrap sandwiches for five customers who ordered after me , till another employee came along to rescue and wrap up my sandwich. By the way , the employee who is in charge of wrapping up the sandwiches doesn't seem to know the term " sorry for the inconvenience ".
