Hot Stone Rice Bowl - Calgary

Maybe I didn't make the best choices when ordering. I decided to try the Lion King Roll priced at $13.99, but I was disappointed to find that it was filled with dull, fishy-tasting salmon.

We tried a variety of sushi items, including shrimp sushi, fatty tuna sushi, salmon sushi, octopus sushi, and the "Crazy Buster" roll.

I would give this restaurant 2 stars based on their service, as the server was attentive and the food arrived promptly. However, the sushi itself was only average in quality.

I loved this place. Their food and service were awesome and their menu was perspective -- something for everyone. Kids got great mini meal deals. Sadly they have closed their doors and the sign on their door suggests they are fully closed, not just moved...More

This is a great little place that serves fresh flavorful food at very reasonable prices. Stopped in after a day of snowshoeing and cross country skiing nearby. The re is something for everyone here frpm very filling rice bowls to a good selection of sushi and sashimi. We tried a variety of didhes and really recommend the spicy tofu and Korean Bim dish. Well portioned and properly seasoned. Well worth the trip.
