Very bad customer service. I normally love Good earth, the Sunridge location is great, but every time I’ve come here, the staff is rude and very condescending. I think the coffee was still good, but first being rude to me, and than while I was sitting being very rude to someone that said they had a medical exemption ruined the whole atmosphere. Definitely won’t come back here, I like relaxing when I drink my coffee. View all feedback.

This coffee shop is a fantastic spot! It's not filled with people hogging tables with laptops and water bottles. They serve delicious coffee and have a decent variety of snacks. The staff is friendly and fun. It's a great place to relax and enjoy a good cup of coffee. The only people who might have complaints are the ones who take up space for hours with just a laptop and a cup of water. I have no complaints at all!
Great coffee! I come here all the time and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. This is by far my favourite location
Very difficult young lady working the counter. Not welcoming to customers and always in a bad mood. Seen her several times and have never had a pleasant experience with her. Would suggest placing staff with good customer service skills in a front facing roles.
