Fusion Sushi - Calgary

Fantastic restaurant, so many choices for meat ,seafood, sushi, taste awesome every dishes, always full dinner time, make your reservation before you go, enjoy.

The food generally is pretty good here HOWEVER after watching a staff member drop a whole Salmon on the floor and pick it up then place it back on the huge pile of other whole Salmon was a huge turn off. After another person reported this to the manager the staff member that dropped it tried to lie and said he already threw it out. We watched him place it back. We had a large group of 11 dinning at the time. They also missed several items (which happens here alot if you order many dishes) we ordered and mixed up the 3 separate table orders we had.Used to really like this place, now scared to return.Pictures are if the pile of salmon the salmon was dropped and returned to and the fish oil splatter on thr floor that didn't get cleaned up the whole time we were there.

Me and my wife were visiting Calgary and wanted to have all you can sushi. We were lucky to stumble upon Fusion. The place was full, but the owners were organized and accommodating. We were seated, served and our food arrived all within less than 30 minutes. Taking into account that we were 3rd on a waitlist and the place had no empty seats, that was amazing. The sushi was unlike other all you can eat sushi places we have tried, they don't shove huge amounts of rice into their rolls. Great choice of appetizers, and fresh sashimi. We definitely recommend coming here!

The entrance was pretty easy to find, although the water made it slightly difficult to get into. Navigation once I was inside was pretty difficult too, since I'm quite tall and the ceiling is extremely low. Even my friend had trouble and he's about average height.I didn't try any food. In fact, I never intended to and if I came across anything resembling food I don't think I would have eaten it. That said, I don't want to rate the food badly because I didn't try any.I also didn't receive any service and I am very thankful for that. This is not the sort of place you would want to receive service, especially if you weren't expecting it and didn't ask for it. I imagine that if I did receive service from someone else it would be with good intentions, since most normal people wouldn't be going to a place like this and doing so would elicit some level of concern from others if they found out. Therefore, I have given the service five stars.The atmosphere was easily my favorite part. The low ceiling gave it a claustrophobic feeling and the darkness, combined with my poor flashlight, made for an extremely unsettling experience. The sounds of cars echoing from above and the cool air and flowing water also contributed greatly to the creepy atmosphere.Overall, I would 100% recommend. It was an extremely memorable experience and I would recommend that anyone visit, so long as you come with a good flashlight (unlike me) and a strong set of calves (once again, unlike me). Crocks or other watershoes are also recommended depending on how deep you intend to go.Easy five stars!Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible.

This is an all you can eat sushi place that is cheaper at lunch. The sushi is decent, sometimes the rice doesn't keep its shape very easily so as you pick it up and dip it into your soy sauce it just falls apart. Sometimes, its like that. Dessert includes green tea and mango ice cream flavours for lunch and dinner. For dinner, you can also get deep fired banana and milk which is pretty good. This place is good, if you like variety as there are Thai dishes here. Here, you write what you want on a piece of paper and you give it to your server. Parking lot is a bit small but there is parking around the corner.
