Fleur de Sel continues the tradition of classic French cooking - just what I like. The beef tenderloin (27) was very good, and the vegetables were as carefully prepared as the meat, unlike much of North American cooking. The mini-brulee (9) was disappointing - perhaps overcooked or not completely fresh. But I quibble - generally the food and service here are hard to beat. Fantastic food and wonderful ambiance! Whether you're in Calgary for a date night, party, or just want to enjoy a bowl of onion soup by yourself, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
This is a classic, great food, fantastic service. Patrice and the staff are all amazing. They treat each customer as if they were the only ones in the room. The food is so well prepared you would think you were in France, Go for any special meal. it will become a memory
A great bistro that transports you out of Calgary and into the heart of France, with unique decor, great service, delicious wines and fantastic food (best pommes frites EVER! . One of the best dining experiences I have ever had!
