Fleetwood - Calgary

The food we had was tasty but we asked for a lot of drinks they were out of and was a slow start to service. We were there to visit so it was ok but took 20 minutes for someone to grab us waters and a drink order… got a bit better after that though. Very lovely restaurant in terms of looks and the espresso martini was delicious!

Beautiful place to grab a delicious cocktail and a little bite. The decor is stunning and it’s so clean and brand new. The pizza bread appetizer was sub par but everything else was 10/10.

Beautiful establishments, service was terrible. Waited 10-15min before someone gave us water. Didn’t introduce themselves or give menus. Had to waved down a waitress to ask for drink menus. Waited another 10 minutes for our drink order. Waitress failed to input drink order. So another server took our order again. Overall service was disorganized and doesn’t merit the drink prices and cancellation fee. Will not return in near future.

There was an extremely noisy group seated in the centre of the lounge which made it impossible to hear anyone at our table. When we raised the issue with the staff they didn’t seem to know what to do. I recognize that it is not the restaurant’s fault that the group was obnoxious but it made for a very uncomfortable and irritating experience. Perhaps consider putting large groups along the wall so that there is more flexibility in how the rest of the lounge can be configured.

Waited almost 30 minutes for a server to come take a drink order and no one came. Not even a glass of water. We didn’t have a hostess to greet us at the entrance and we had to speak to the bartender for our reservation. The service at Fleetwood seemed occupied with other bigger tables and their network friends.
