Fat Kee Noodle House - Calgary

Place has had our business for years. It was exceptionally busy this afternoon but the flavour was everything I missed while I was away in bc. Delicious.Their green beans with shredded pork are fanominal, my personal favorite. And this is coming from someone who isn't crazy about meat! Soy sauce noodles are also amazing, bean sprouts give them a lovely crunch and you can really taste the wok in them.Highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Crispy tofu is on their Cantonese menu, couldnt find it on the other side... mind you I'm unsure if their sauce is vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: They have many kinds of food options, even plain rice and ice cream.

I went here with my family and really enjoyed the food. I loved the soups and the noodles dish. I tried the rice porridge for first time there and enjoyed it as well. I understand why my Brother-inlaw calls in a comfort food.

I love this place it has a real “ hurry up and buy” kind of vibe if you know what I mean and if you don’t go watch don’t be a menace in south central. The food is amazing it’s hot fresh the best noodle dishes and in my opinion the best ginger beef in the city

Got the beef brisket tossed noodle and was disappointed. Taste was below average and stale, the meal was 80% noodles yet they tasted cheap and soggy. Probably ordered a bad item but seeing what my friends ordered also didn't impress me.

Chicken chow mein had a gross flavor. The chicken was also bland. Like steamed chicken. No variety to the flavors. The noodles were half dry half drenched in gross sauce. The egg rolls weren’t great either. The cabbage was too pungent and neon green.
