Food is quite good here, I always go for the Szechuan Chicken. It's a little pricey though and the delivery fees are absurd. I live only a threeish blocks away and the delivery fee was $6.00 when I made my order online. When the delivery driver came to my door, the delivery fee was changed to a whopping $8.00 for a 1 item delivery under 2 minutes away. Dine in or pick up would be better. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Ordered dinner for my family tonight and one bite in one of the kids received a mouth full of STAPLES!?!? We were told they would not refund our items but rather replace them. Placed an order at start of service to be picked up between 5:40-5:55. Got there at 5:50 food wasn't even started. Waited until 6:25 for the food to be ready, got home to find they shorted us 20 dollars worth of springrolls. Now the food we got was good but the fact that we ordered 130 dollars worth of food and the order wasnt ready and we were shorted food was the reason for the 1 star. (The food not being ready has happened in the past)
This is the 3rd time that Fancy Taste of China has forgotten to make my order. Their food is damn good, but their service is non-existent. If you do order, be prepared to wait for half an hour as they make your order they forgot to write down but remembered to bill you. Also, check your orders when you get them, they have a tendency to staple the bags closed and conviently forget parts of your order. Service: Take out
