What Harvey P doesn't like about East Side Mario's:
Went for my son's birthday dinner. Their meals were acceptable, nothing special. The kids pizza was a mess, looked like it was just tossed together. I ordered the chicken Parm. Couldn't eat it! The tomato sauce is just crushed tomatoes, no seasoning at all. Incredibly bland! The chicken was soggy from all the so called sauce soaking into it. I returned it and ate the rest of my wife's calzone. At least they didn't ch... View all feedback. What Aaron Lang likes about East Side Mario's:
I have eaten there twice in the last two months and I was very lucky to have a server by the name of Deborah. The first time I had her she had an amazing attitude and exceptional service! I had her again today and honestly she is consistently good at her job and very personable. The food is the same as it always is and is pretty good but the service from Deborah makes this place so much better so if you get a chance... View all feedback.

read moreEast Side Mario's offers a mixed dining experience, with some customers finding the food to be bland and unimpressive, while others praise the friendly service and generous portions. Despite mixed reviews on the food, standout servers like Deborah, Fatima, and Dona have left a positive impression on customers. The restaurant is still known for its hot bread and welcoming atmosphere, making it a family-friendly spot. While some may find the need to honk a horn for wait staff attention unusual, others appreciate the quick service. Overall, East Side Mario's seems to be a hit or miss with its menu, but consistently receives high marks for its service and atmosphere.
The food here is very goodI ordered a gluten free pizzaThe pizza it's self only comes with cheese and then they charge you $1.50 per topping.
Extremely slow serviceBeen here for an hour and a half currently and have been starting at empty appetizer plates for 15 minutes.
Do NOT order delivery! Ordered last night via online orderingAsked for debit at the door.
