What Nic Wagner doesn't like about Denny's:
I’m not speaking for all the staff by any means but some of the wait staff at the front are quite brainless asked to wait 10 minutes for two people with at least 4 open open tables and then a family of four came in and was immediately seated by another staff member. I would like to express my disappointment regarding the poor service and mistreatment my party experienced at the Denny's restaurant located at 11511 40 St SE, Calgary, AB T2Z 4V6, Canada, on April 19, 2024, around 1:00 pm. We were attended to by a male waiter who displayed consistent rudeness from the outset, speaking to us in a condescending manner and demonstrating evident irritation. He even rudely tossed only one menu for three people. Despite our polite demeanor and lack of any provocation, his demeanor did not improve when taking our order. Despite voicing our concerns to both the waiter and other staff members, including our decision to cancel our order and leave, we received no apology or acknowledgment of the situation from the offending waiter. Consequently, we were compelled to leave the premises. Such treatment is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your establishment.
