This bakery is a scandal on customer care. I bought a cake for my daughter 16th birthday. to end with butter paper in it! when the cake was cut, all the children started pulling the paper and at the end I couldn't serve this cake. at the end we drove out and got a cake from coop. I went back the next business day with the butter paper and videos and pictures of the cake and my recipe. the manager hasn't seen me and the front worker told me that someone will be sure to contact me! that was 8 days ago! I paid $60 plus on this terrible cake and this business gives no thought about his own debt! take the customers money and ignore! I warned all my friends and family! I'd rather pay someone to take care of my business. crave only makes money without care for its own terrible products!

Received some mini cupcakes from Crave. They were put together in a special packaging specifically made for their mini cupcakes. The package fits and protects the mini cupcakes very well.We received an assortment of mini cupcake. Every one of their cupcakes tasted great! My little ones ended up eating most of them and kept devouring them. I guess you can say that my kids approve!Will definitely need to buy some in the future!

The Red Velvet cupcakes are to die for. I love the smaller ones, the icing to cake ratio is perfect. We got wedding cupcakes instead of a cake and they did a beautiful little cutting cake for us as well. Cupcakes Cake at a wedding!

Easy order process even despite high volume calls. Left a voice mail and sent an email and received a call back in an hour to confirm my order. Delicious and beautiful product loved by all. Slight downside, gluten free option not offered for the mini cupcake orders. Will be back for the next potluck!
