Barburrito - Calgary

The restaurant is located in a great spot and offers a wide range of vegetarian choices. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The only downside was that one of the bathrooms was not working and they did not have cups for serving tap water.

I understand that lunch hours can be busy at restaurants. I waited 20 minutes for my meal because I enjoy the food, but it was disappointing to be treated rudely after waiting for so long. Respect is important in customer service, so unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We ordered takeout from this restaurant for the first time and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and polite.

Absolutely bad experience!Went there around noon and they had literally no veggies. The elderly lady who served me was absolutely rude and yelled at me when I requested for fresh lettuce instead of the left over. The server pushed me to get rice after I requested no rice. She said “it’s part of the recipe, she can’t skip it”.Are you serious?!?! Called them later and the person who answered the phone did not let me speak with the manager. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to ruin your lunch hour. Thanks!Vegetarian options: I love Bar Burrito overall but absolutely not this particular location.

Consistency in quality is extremely lacking. Order the same thing multiple times and get vastly different results. Gonna just pass this place up after my experience today
