If you haven't tried A&W's breakfast sandwiches yet, I highly recommend going for the bun instead of the English muffin — they're significantly better than what their competitors offer. Their burgers are also excellent, and the fries are fantastic. The onion rings are truly unique; you won't find anything like them elsewhere. I was even surprised by how good their vegetarian burger was! My only suggestion would be to add a bit of salt to the sweet potato fries, but honestly, they're delicious as well.

I expressed my frustration to the staff, informing them that I had clearly communicated my order and was unhappy with the mistakes, especially after waiting in line. I even mentioned to two workers that my order had been messed up twice and requested a refund. The Asian gentleman I spoke to asked if I wanted a refund but then ignored me and walked away. The original girl who took my order just told me to wait because there was a long line, and she kept giving me unfriendly looks. It was very unprofessional, and I never received an apology for the mistakes. It felt like they didn’t know how to do their jobs properly. Fortunately, a more experienced Filipina lady stepped in, handled the situation, and ultimately gave me a refund. I can’t understand why it was so difficult to make one simple burger. I won’t be returning due to this experience. I'm quite disappointed and feel that the staff needs better training to manage situations like this more effectively.

Nice, small restaurant. Take out is the best option here as there is very limited seating. Clean with a friendly staff.
