What Darien Swift doesn't like about Adana Shawarma & Grill:
We had dinner on the fifth of june. We had arrived earlier in Calgary from Rome, had time to arrive at our hotel, and go to city center. Then we decided to head to 17th avenue for a quick dinner. The place is small and run by a family.Nice people, good food.Comparable in quality to similar middle eastern restaurants we had been back home.Would eat here again. read moreNewly arrived from Rome, we visited this cozy family-run restaurant on 17th avenue in Calgary. Despite finding a zip tie in their falafel, we appreciated the good food and friendly service. This hidden gem offers a fantastic dining experience, with generous portions and delicious dishes like chicken shawarma and Adana platter. The staff is attentive and welcoming, making every guest feel valued. The decor is charming, and customers are treated like family. From fresh and tasty meals to free coffee and tea, this restaurant is the perfect spot to enjoy Middle Eastern cuisine in Calgary. We will definitely be coming back.
