Very accomodating staffs and clean hotel. I highly recommend this place. The pool has the largest water slides of all the hotels in the city that kids love it.Rooms: Clean roomsSafety: Entrance door and elevator are key operated. No strangers can enter the hotel except the guests with their keys

Stayed one night july 24 to 25. As a marriott bonvoy gold elite member i have preset preferences for feather free rooms as a health issue. They did not follow those instructions and after my daughters first asthma attack while laying down, i checked the pillows and they where feather. Called guest services and they had to have us move to another room , wait for them to change the bedding move all our things and try again. Why does hilton hotels get it right but marriott fails to read 75% of the time!

Not a bad hotel but the walls are paper thin. I heard my neighbours conversation all night. Heard people walking and talking in the hallway and doors opening and shutting all night. -Natural Alarm haBeds are super comfy and a lot of amenities.

Just stayed here. the room was great. ac was loud but i'd rather have loud ac than no ac.the pool was wildly overpacked to double capacity and nobody seamed too upset about it.might have been a bit of bad luck but our stay was punctuated with too many loud guests in the hallways. kept us from getting a proper sleep.if they enforced quiet time and pool safety it would've made a big differenceSafety: pool safety was almost nonexistent. overcrowded with unsupervised children

I never stayed in this hotel as I am from calgary. But I have visited the hotel for my kid's tournaments multiple times. We ordered food from Barlow and Colors restuarents. Food options are good. Wifi connectivity is available. Staff are warm and friendly. Restrooms are clean and tidy. Many sockets are available throughout the hotel to plug in the devices.Food drinks: Limited options are available and food is tasty.
