Found the service to be excellent. Food ordered via app (due to COVID no buffet and service to your table) and didn’t have to wait too long. Food and drinks were great. Ordered sea bass with cauliflower and chickpeas, salad, perogies and dessert. Portions were small, but expected in a lounge. Also had wine, cocktail and coffee with Baileys. Plenty of tables or sofa/chairs to choose from. The ones at the back could be... View all feedback.
What PravinBaxi doesn't like about Chinook Lounge:
Aspire needs to add more sitting capacity in the lounge as well as add more stalls in the washroom. Currently here are only 2 stalls. Also the food quality as well as selection of the food needs to be improved. View all feedback.
Disappointing. No information in which terminal. On reaching using Google maps, we found it closed on Monday at 10am. No notice of shifting was available and the call remain unanswered. Will raise a complaint to Diners Club.
Wish we would have just grabbed a coffee at Starbucks. They were out of beer and it took an hour to get filled. My husband and I ordered my breakfast. His came in about 20 minutes. His was cold, hashbrowns weren’t even cooked, in fact we’re still slightly frozen!!! After 45 minutes I finally found someone to ask. She said she would rush it. Needing to leave for my plane soon, decided I would just grab some fruit and yogurt. They were completely out of stock! Was not filled, so I left after having one cup of coffee, no beer, no food and terrible food. COVID is no excuse to give terrible service. HIRE MORE staff and fix your customer service. I will not be returning to this lounge anytime soon.

We were at the Aspire Lounge in Calgary in November 2022. We had two complimentary passes so decided to try. Upon entry we were told we needed to download the app and download the QR code on the counter. Had problems as the app wouldn 't download nor would yhe QR code. We were told to use our credit card and if we were charged 'deal with it when we got home '. We were charged and as yet have not been refunded. At the same time there were two QR codes on the counter both if which I tried several times. On of them locked my phone and I had to turn it off and reboot. The next day in Cuba we found out our bank card had been compromised...fraud alert! So we had no credit card on vacation! We are still dealing with the bank. It turns out one of the QR codes was for a fraudulent online dating website that had made several attempts to bill our credit card. Please be aware of this happening if and when you download a QR code. We will be dealing with this for awhile. We have to get a new credit card number and phone all the companies we have automatic debit with to reassign payment. Very time consuming and costly...trying to deal with it on our phone from Cuba and billing from companies that couldn 't accept payment!
For the money not good value for breakfast. Limited selection-maybe better offerings for other meals.
