Taco Bell - Calera

3 times in a row I got a chalupa which is supposed to be soft that was so hard you couldn't cut it with a sawzall. Morons don't have any pride in their work. I want a refund. I'm tired of throwing money into the trash can. I keep trying again because I have been eating at Taco Bell my entire life and I expect better every time I go. I think it must be some **** that doesn't care but it is a recurring issue with this location. Close it down if all your employees are trash.

Best place to go and meet some furries and we all had some soft tacos and had a good time UwU

Stopped to get some food along the end of our 10 hour drive. This taco bell looked like it had not been refurbished since the 90's however, the young man that took our order was exceptional! It took me by surprise as most aren't as friendly as he was!

Dirty tables. Cash was only working on the window. Ten people waiting at the front counter to place order. Had to ask if someone could take our orders I also informed her that the qiosk will not let me add meat, tomato, and onions to my cheese roll up. It's a Mexi melt but it isn't on the menu anymore. ?

Tacos I ordered were old. They were not made fresh, the lettuce was wilted and brown, the bottom of the tacos were stuck to the rapper and very greasy. Extremely disappointed with this Taco Bell experience.
