Good food good service
We went for lunch and we’re 4 adults and 2 children. Service was very poor from the start as far too few waiters working for the number of customers. They could not look around so you had to call or wave to get any attention. First big issue was one of the children’s meals was served and after 25 minutes realised the second had been totally forgotten. Then the worst part. 3 of us ordered the Lobster paella as this was heavily advertised. The paella itself was lacking in flavour and one of the poorest we have ever eaten but the biggest issue was the lobster. There wasn’t any . 6 empty bits of lobster shell was in the paella but no meat at all. We did eat some of the rice to hopefully find some lobster but no joy. We complained to, what seemed to be new management, who were rude and unfriendly and would not reduce the bill as some rice had been eaten. Avoid on service, food quality and rude owners.
