This is quite a nice bar restaurant close to the train station and beach. We had done a lot of walking so called in for a cold beer which was great. There are better bars on the beach though if you want to view of the sea. From here, we really only got views of a dusty car park which is not as good! It was also the dearest beer we had in town and the only one where we weren’t given a receipt. It is a cash only place!
The location is simple, 20m from the sea, close to the train station and the waking track under the trees. The food is typical tapas, patas bravas, paella,... Postres (not homa made). Price regular. Service familiar, friendly and smiling. OK.
The mussels are really good. Unfortunately anything else is rather poor. The burger is a patty with onion topping. No bun, no salad or anything, just fries and a fried egg. The lamb comes with almost no meat and much fat and bones. The fried egg is covered in way too much salt. Salad and fries are pretty okay though. But the quality doesn 't match the restaurantesque prices.
