I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived, there were four cars ahead of me. The line moved quickly. When I reached the drive-thru speaker, the person I spoke with was very friendly. The service at the window was also fast, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice. When I got home to enjoy my salad, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality—it was one of the best salads I've had in a long time. The lettuce was exceptionally fresh. I’m truly impressed by the service and food quality I experienced tonight. Great job, Wendy’s!

Her attitude was poor and she acted as if anything a costumer asked was an inconvenience. I don't think I was the only costumer in line that felt irritated or uncomfortable. Other than her the other employees had a great attitude.
