What Sarah Frauchiger doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
I came to Tim’s to have something savoury, first off I went through the drive thru and the lady just straight up said “what do you want”. She did help me with choosing what to have, but I open the bag and both the twists were burnt. I take a bite and it’s soggy and cold. Keep in mind I open it no later than 5 minutes after I got handed them. Extremely disappointing. Service: Take out View all feedback.
I ordered donuts, but one of them had a hair in it, and if you looked closely at the hair you could see the part that was attached to their body with the skin attached, but the rest of the donuts tasted lovely.
The bathroom here is just vile, I feel like I need a shower after stepping foot into it. I'm not even joking I actually gagged the moment I opened the door. Please, you are serving food here, have some standard.
