Very disappointed. Looked up the dinner menu online and went specifically for the short rib which appeared online. This was a special meal and this was my dates favourite item- THE reason for going. When we arrived it was not on the menu and we were told by the waiter and manager that the chef changed the menu without updating the website. Very unreliable and sadly was so disappointed. What BrendaM dislikes about Ancaster Mill:
Great for meat eaters! They left happy. However, not good for vegans at all. They have signs at the cold table desert table to identify the vegan foods as well as allergies/gluten-free. The problem is that there was 1 single vegan option throughout the whole place- the coconut yogurt parfait. Was limited to just this fresh fruit. I recently had my wedding ceremony reception at the Ancaster Mill. To say the staff was amazing is an understatement. The venue went absolutely above and beyond what I could have imagined. The day was beautiful, the staff was so attentive and friendly. We must have had a crew of 15 following us around and taking care of us all day. Nothing was missed and all our guests had an amazing experience. The food was amazing, the staff was amazing and our entire day was absolutely amazing. The price is well worth it as I did not have a single worry about anything the ENTIRE day and time leading up to the day. They even accommodated my last minute requests when it came to dietary restrictions and unforeseeable changes. I definitely recommend this picturesque venue for the wedding of you dreams.

Just celebrated a Valentines Dinner here. 5/5 for atmosphere! The live guitar music made it so romantic and lovely! Our server Andrew W was so professional and polite. Please let him know we were deeply satisfied with his service! 5/5 would recommend

I never fail to be impressed by the Sunday brunch at this restaurant. The spread is always amazing, and the setting is perfect. My favorite dishes are the Eggs Benedict, bacon, and oysters.
