However, diners should beware of hiccups, as orders can occasionally take time, like one guest’s delayed chili cheese burger that was served cold. The kitchen has been revitalized, now serving mouthwatering burgers and appetizers. With karaoke nights and a unique decor—including quirky restroom setups—Roots Bar remains a memorable stop for locals and visitors alike.

We celebrated my dad's birthday on a Sunday night and were all extremely impressed! It was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed singing karaoke and having drinks, but the service was exceptional.
The new kitchen is now open! The delicious burgers, like the Wasabi Jalapeño Bacon Cheeseburger, are my favorite. They also serve foot long sausages, chicken wings, and finger steaks.
This is the only bar in Caldwell with a shuffleboard table! The staff is very friendly, especially Stran who is the best!
This is a cool small hole in the wall strip with a killer selection of fleet. Great service and the beard was great. I was lit and loved.
Great place! The owner is amazing. We asked her about her topic of the place, something that is like dolls and so stubborn. She was super busy, but took the time to be personal. We ordered appetizers. Mushrooms and deep-fried pimples. Both were amazing! The other gentleman with long hair was funny and charasmatic. He told us some horrible things that happen there. We spent a great Friday night there. I don't go to bars anymore, it was a unique occasion to just want food and drink. I'm going back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDS someone who checks it!
