What User doesn't like about Papa Johns Pizza:
I was told by the general manager to never order from them again because they had difficulty delivering to our address. They refused to resend our order. The service was awful, and the business has a troubling reputation for racism. View all feedback.
Their advertised hours are until 11 o'clock and I got to the store at 20 minutes before then and the door was already locked and they were sweeping up.
Loved the stuff crust pizza and our order was fast and hot, thank you Papa John's
Worked for pj's for about a year(2019-2020), at the meridian amd overland location, to preface. ive ordered well done pizzas from here 3 or 4 times and its never been well done. i never cared much but this time my toppings are effed up, like an accident they just sent anyway. on top of all that my garlic sauce was open, and soaked a corner of the box. when i worked there this wouldnt have been a thing. on top of a 70 minute delivery and im 3 miles away. what a mess
We ordered the one topping garlic parmesan crust special for $10. What we got was a regular one topping that we could have purchased for $8.99. Granted it was a tasty pizza but there was NO cheese on the crust. See posted pic. Haven't ordered from here in awhile. Don't know if we will again soon. Sorry Papa.
They were super busy, but super polite, although they were cut off like chicken with their heads!
