After a 45-minute drive home to Marsing, we opened the bucket only to find that all the pieces were cold and tough, as if they had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. Frustrated by the experience, especially given the price, I called to voice my complaint. The young man who answered the phone was polite, but when he tried to locate the manager, we heard an announcement that he was in the bathroom. He then attempted to reach the assistant manager, but ended up getting yelled at. I was informed that we couldn't get a refund unless we drove all the way back to return the chicken, and there was no offer for a refund—just a request for the chicken back.

Everyone except the young lady taking my order seemed in a good mood everyone else walked around looking for themeaning to live in my eyes. My dog is happy since she ate my meal. One of the worst meals I've had in this town. $16.00 for ameal that I couldn't eat is not selling me to return here again

A... read more I ordered through the drive-thru at KFC and was informed that the root beer was out and they would bring it to my car along with my food if I parked in front. After ten minutes, my food arrived, but there was no root beer. The employee apologized and said it would be brought right out. I waited another five minutes, but still no root beer. I decided to go inside and asked for it, and the same employee who promised to bring it out apologized again and went to fetch it. Unfortunately, there was still no root beer available—it would take another thirty minutes since they make it themselves. I was quite frustrated because I had to walk in to get the rest of my order. If I had been informed at the drive-thru that there was no root beer, I could have chosen something else from the menu at that moment. This has happened before, and I was particularly annoyed because I was asked to wait while they changed the barrel, then it was completely forgotten. By the time I got home, my food was cold.

The root beer, as always, was excellent, and the food was great too. The staff were friendly. It wasn't too crowded just before noon. I'm also happy to see they offer caffeine-free diet soda (diet root beer). It's conveniently located next to Walmart.

Also there was allot of flies while I was trying to eat my meal. Before I left I used the thrash can to dump used napkins andempty drink cup, trash can was full not sure if employees took notice of trash can and flies in lobby? Customer service wasgood.
