A&w - Caldwell

Ordered 3:34 simple order: cheeseburger meal w/cheese curds instead of fries; MacBwl meal; dbl CHS brgr. We were asked to pull around front they would bring order out. Finally brought order out 3:51 without the requested fry sauce, cookies that were included in the meal, utensils. They gave us a potato bowl instead of a Macbowl. It took three tries before we got the order corrected and the missing items.

They were super busy when we came in, but we decided to order and eat in. After I placed our order, they let us know there would be a wait while chicken fillets were cooking. The order did take about 10 minutes, but we were chatting so no big deal. Chicken sandwiches were hot and fresh, chicken strips not so much. I used a coupon for an popcorn chicken, we ordered 3 but the coupon was only applied once. I let it go because I paid with debit and didn't want my account messed with over $3. Overall not our best visit, but it was very busy and could have been worse. We will go back again, probably not during a friday night dinner rush.

The food was good, service from a crew member that assisted us was great Better than most days I've been in there. However my complaint is the dining area is freezing. It's 38 degrees out side and it was 63 degrees inside per the thermostat. If I wanted to freeze my butt off and have a picnic I would have done so. Not choosing the dine in option anymore until summer time.

They are fucking dirty! all the tables and chairs hella dirty, also we asked them to clean them! and they did not come to clean it and the girl had hired it! and do nothing!

If I could give a negative star with this place, I would definitely be terrible working environment very hostile to customers and cries to customers
