Unfortunately, I ended up leaving before dining because they only accept cashless payment and I don't have that option. I won't be returning as a result.

My husband inquired during the week if dogs were allowed in the outdoor area, and upon confirmation, he booked a table for 4 people. Upon arrival, all tables were occupied, and when we asked about our reservation, my husband was rudely accused of lying. We would never claim to have a booking if we did not. If we had been informed that bookings were not taken and it was first come first served, that would have been fine. However, that is not what we were told when we called. We eventually got a table when another group left, but honestly, we would have left if not for a family friend performing that we wanted to see. There were not enough waitstaff for the number of guests, and although they were polite and working hard, the wait for drinks was quite long. We will never return again.

Despite asking twice for o... read more Only visit this restaurant if you have patience to spare. We waited outside for over an hour without being acknowledged by the staff. Despite asking twice for our order to be taken, we were met with dismissive responses and were ignored. The first time, we were instructed to wait for the only staff member taking orders. The second time, the man brushed us off and prioritized a table of men who had arrived after us. He proceeded to take their order and never returned to take ours, all while ignoring our presence. After enduring such poor service and rude behavior, we left without even being served any drinks. Our otherwise pleasant evening in the sunshine was completely ruined. We have no intention of returning and we do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
