I don't think it's a customer-friendly policy because it's no choice to be lactose intolerant. I personally find this choice discriminatory and disrespective to people with lactose intolerance problems. Overall, the pizza is not so great, pizza made with medium-sized ingredients, nothing more than a common pizza available in every pizzeria in every provincial city. In addition, the respective pizzas are not very filled, the pizza with Squid had very few as well as the ones filled with vegetables: with two vegetables on a cross.
