I ordered the fish and chips, but the batter was excessively greasy. The portion sizes were some of the smallest I've seen anywhere in the world. My wife's chicken was served icy cold, which suggested it hadn’t been thawed properly. They make a big deal about serving all-natural food, but that seems hard to believe. After two disappointing visits in a row, I have no intention of returning. Additionally, they don’t allow any substitutions and were quite rude when I asked about it. This leads me to believe that most of their food is pre-prepared and likely frozen.

Our server was exceptionally accommodating and friendly, truly going the extra mile to ensure we had a great meal. I had the beer-battered haddock fish and chips, while my wife opted for the burger with homemade mashed potatoes. Although the dishes weren't particularly elaborate, everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. We're really pleased we came here and would definitely recommend it to others!

I really wish we could find pizza in Massachusetts that’s even close to this delicious. The fries were cooked exactly to my liking: crispy and well done. Our waiter, Mitch, was incredibly attentive. Now I understand why my friends frequent this place so often. I will definitely be coming back too!
