The wine selection is small but impressive, featuring several excellent Bolivian wines. The service is excellent. We started with a delicious beet salad. Every dish we tried was outstanding, from the fresh homemade Pasta Carbonara with a unique twist to the grilled octopus. Each dish had a Bolivian influence and was expertly prepared.
