Two stars for service. The food wasn't spectacular and the food was pricey. I ordered the chorizo taco which came with a small side of rice and beans for $9.50. I added a second chorizo taco for $4. I figured for the price they would be good sized tacos but they were tiny. Two tiny corn tortillas for $13.50. I can't speak to what my family order but they all said their food wasn't good. We had a large party of 11, no problem seating us, The service was excellent! The food was great. Salsa top notch And the children's chicken tenders were real crispy chicken with crisp fries. Best Mexican food my husband and I have ever had. I lived in Guadalajara for a summer and I can taste the freshness and authenticity. We ordered shrimp tortillas and chipotle shrimp. The shrimp were fresh, the chipotle sauce was complex and delicious. Ask specifically for sauces. We were rewarded when our waiter brought us tomatillo, extra spicy, and pineapple (habanero? sauces, all exploding with flavor. We will definitely visit again next time we're in the area.
When we didn't see any cars in the parking lot,, we almost turned around.. But we were happy we didn't. The food was outstanding. my wife and kids are picky eaters, but they all enjoyed what they ate. I highly recommend.
We recently found this place after moving to the area and have been going there about weekly since. We very much enjoy the homemade salsa and chips, the delicious margaritas, and the friendly staff. We love several of the very flavorful entrees, but our hands down favorites are Pollo Loco and Chori Pollo. Highly recommend this place for those interested in an excellent Mexican dining experience.
