Michael's Pizza - Calabasas

Best Italian pizza Since I was in Italy years ago. Crust perfect, flavored, thin, but not flat perfect texture, and great price for quality taste. Thank you, Michael's Pizza family staff.

We stop by Michael? Pizza about once a year when we come to the city to visit family. The location is conveniently located, and the pizza is usually ready in time. The pizza quality is right in the middle in terms of taste and appearance. Neither exceptional, nor dissatisfied, but not less satisfied. I recommend reducing contact with the staff as they are slightly irritated. Just tell them what you want in as few words as possible, wait quietly, then pay and take your pizza without a different comment. Everything outside this routine can lead to discomfort. Do NOT ask to buy dough to make your own pizza at home, as they do not offer this and again... is quite irritated. There are some outdoor seating although we usually use takeout. If you need a quick dinner while in the area, this is a good stop, although I do not recommend to make the trip if this is 5 miles or more from your current location.

HORRENDOUS customer service! They just lost a long time customer. Phoned ordered ahead of time and was told it would be ready in 25mins. Got there, paid for my food after some issue with Yelp check-in then was told to go wait outside. Thought it was strange since it?s pre-ordered. But I went outside and stood near the opened door. Then the cashier came and closed the door without saying anything. Thought that was rude but I ignored it. After 5mins of waiting, I went inside to asked if the pizzas are done yet. The girl was so rude, she answered annoyingly ?no?. I then proceeded to ask when will it be ready. Her response ?I don?t know I will let you know when I?m done with my stuff?. I was shocked!!! I told her I need to know how long more so I can determine whether to cancel and go elsewhere. Then the older gentleman behind her in the kitchen responded ?it will be done in 2mins.? Ok, so I went outside and continued waiting. Finally my pizzas arrived, a young boy handed to me. No sympathy no apology. I want to support small businesses but with this kind of attitude, I won?t.

Buy it by the slice! Awesome prices and amazing pizza. Super friendly staff. Parking wasn?t great, but the pizza and service made up for it. Eat here... now!

I'm not sure what they do with their dough, it's amazing!! I have made my own type of veggie pizza and I think it is menu worthy!!! Thanks for great pizza!!!
