the service here was great. my server answered all the questions I had and even recommended some things I loved at the end. in comparison to most other places round, I found that salas serves some of the best Peruvian foods for those who dig into the kitchen a little – and for a pleasant price also! What User doesn't like about Salas:
It was recommended so we wanted to try. We were disappointed. First the cuy in the daily menu was the same as in the regular menu but 6 soles more expensive (supposedly bigger. lol). Then, they didn 't have chicha morada left. Both our dishes (fried trout and fried guinea pig) were very plain. And all that quite expensive for the experience (place, service and food). Excellent service as always!
The food is delicious; It 's better to get the lunch menú.. it comes with an entree, main dish dessert and beverage. And sometimes the entree and main dish have options to pick. The Sopa verde is very traditional from cajamarca. And here I tasted it it was super good.
Highly recommended so far: humita, pineapple juice, trout, cubic menu.
