I placed an order with a delivery date scheduled for today, Children's Day, and so far I haven't received anything. What makes me even more frustrated is the lack of communication: the phone and WhatsApp are off, and I haven't been able to contact them in any way. I believe that, on a special day like this, it is essential that companies show consideration and respect for their customers. The absence of any update on delivery shows a total lack of commitment to the consumer. I hope this situation is resolved quickly and the company rethinks its approach to customer service.

We informed them that we would collect the pie on Saturday after lunch. We arrived at 4 pm and the store was closed, but the people in the store informed us that they closed early and they had sold our pie!!! They had our number and they didn't even let us know about THEIR time cancellation, they were able to do it!!! Irresponsible company and beginning to understand why many people from Cajamar prefer to spend outside of here!! I don't recommend this place.
