Maged took care of us. the food was delicious, especially the linguini alfredo, and the hope was even better!

The hotel was very comfortable and a great jumping off point for our tours. We particularly enjoyed the sky pool and received excellent service every night there from Maged. The morning breakfast buffet was extensive and very good. We would highly recommend this hotel for US tourists.
The Sky Pool was great. The view of the city from up there was breathtaking. The food and drinks were good. Fares and Mohy our servers were great also.
