Food was delicious. Koshary was fun to try. Seafood platter was delicious as well as the duck entree. Mojitos didn’t come out when ordered and, when they did, they weren’t very good. Service was ok. It was a slow night so there were many servers being attentive, but seemed as if they weren’t communicating with each other. Hostess seemed most in charge. Good live music. Definitely worth dining at when in Cairo. View all feedback.
What LunaD doesn't like about Al Khal:
Could improve the service. We waited 1 hour for our dinner, which was nice and good quality. No one asked us how dinner was going, and we asked for the dessert menu 2 times.after 30 minute of still not dessert menu, we decided to ask for the bill for 3 times because no one would bring it. Restaurant was almost empty so i would have appriciated a little more customer attention. View all feedback.
What a fantastic experience. alkhal was the complete package. ambiente, service, eating were all top notch. If I could, I would try everything on the menu.
