I would never go back. I went one time I paid 160 for cappuccino and burger. Next time after a week I was charged 260. Even after i complained to the waitress the burger has pièces of bones in it! Seriously! No apology! So chew your burger slowly or you could break your tooth. Also the surfaces and tables are not cleaned properly so prepare to be surrounded by plenty of flies. No effort made in preparing food, the sandwich and also cappuccino tasted not good. What a frustrating experience

The food was mediocre, the service from the waiters was poor, and the only highlight was the shisha guy. However, be cautious as the waiters have been known to steal from guests. During our visit for shisha on Friday, we were charged 80le. When we returned three days later, we were charged 127le, but the amount was not recorded on the computer receipt. They discreetly asked for the extra money, giving the impression that they were hiding it from their manager. Additionally, they made us wait 15 minutes for our change and were nowhere to be found when we wanted to inquire about it. We will not be returning to this establishment.

The service, however... read more The restaurant overall is very nice, located inside the Cairo complex with a great view. They have both indoor and outdoor seating options. The service, however, is very slow except for the shisha which was served quickly. It took 40 minutes for someone to take my order after I was seated. I ordered a mocha which unfortunately did not taste like mocha at all. I probably wouldn't return to this restaurant.
