If you want an enjoyable, relaxed and CHEAP night out, then this is the place. We are not German or Austrian, but were made feel very welcome at this club. We went as a family and enjoyed the atmosphere very much. We ate a great home cooked meal followed by beautiful pretzels and of course the beer on tap. We enjoyed the dancing and singing. What User doesn't like about German Club Cairns:
70's drinks prices,especially at Happy Hour and a Schnitzel the size of Texas is the order of the day and makes for a good night out with friends. There is apparently German music on most weekend nights (even a German Elvis!) but not the night we were there. View all feedback.
Great food, great beer, friendly volunteers who run this place. Very welcoming and great entertainment. Nice little club hidden in Cairns
Good to try some German beers but they also have Australian product. Had a Christmas party here and it was a good novelty plus mean was reasonable.
The restaurant served delicious beer and schnitzels, but I was disappointed to discover that the Alps were not visible when I left the club. Overall, it was an amazing place!
This restaurant is a welcoming spot to grab a drink or a meal, listen to music, and attend their events throughout the year.
The beer pairs perfectly with the food, making it go down even quicker. Plus, the music from Cairns bands is the best around, really setting the atmosphere.
