Description

**Dining at Cazalys: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**

Cazalys offers home-cooked meals in a bustling café atmosphere, complete with a children’s playground and poker machines. While some guests rave about the friendly service and delicious food, others express frustration over the inattentive management and inconsistency in customer care. High foot traffic can lead to crowded dining conditions, making it difficult for families, particularly those with young children. Although the venue boasts a cozy environment and appealing pricing for members, a few negative interactions may overshadow the overall experience. Ultimately, Cazalys presents a blend of fun and frustration that may leave diners divided.

I had a fantastic carvery roast dinner! The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that the busy dining room ran smoothly. It was great value for the meal. For just $5, you can become a member, which helps offset the cost of all future meals. Great job, team! Keep up the good work!

Cazaly Burger is the best I've had in a long time; I highly recommend it!

Great venue but the manager makes it awful when she inserts herself into situations. Twice now I have had to put up with her sour rude manner. First time was when my mother was really near her time and all she wanted was to go out and have a fresh sandwich. Mum was in a nearby nursing home and just wanted her sandwich. We were 5 mins past lunch. This manager made such a fuss about us ordering ‘outside the lunch time’ that it was hard to enjoy one of the last meals with my mum. The other time is tonight. It’s my friends birthday and she has kids we need to watch and be near the children’s area. The reserved table was way away from being able to see the kids play area. It is 5pm and hardly anyone here. I asked to swap tables so we were near the play area. The table I asked for was not reserved. This manager told me I could have the table ‘but it would take away from other patrons’. I’m not sure what this means as we only wanted to swap a reserved table to an unreserved table. What is going on with this woman?? People facing staff should at the very least be courteous. I was not rude, explained why and asked nicely. Making me wonder why we keep giving this place a go as it only takes a bad experience to stop people coming here. After what happened with mum it took me awhile to come back and I thought things had improved but with this person in charge of customer experience still I’m finding it hard to want to ever come back. And to think I’m paying to be treated like this!!!! Not good Cazalays. It really is a shame as you do have many lovely people that are happy to be happy working here.

Went on Wednesday 24/5 ordered an entree and main meals Was very busy, waited quite awhile then heard my named called to attend service area where main and entree were all waiting! Obviously a problem with buzzer system Meals were excellent but left the entree as by this time it was cold. Believe we should have been given the option of a refund on the entree because it was specifically ask for first!!! Other than this problem service was excellent.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The ambience was good, and the air con worked very well. Staff were friendly and professional all in all great visit and I'd recommend visiting Cazalies anytime.
