Excellent meal choices from the menu... read more We called into Candy for the first time for a late breakfast on Thursday 03/11/22 immediately made very welcome from Staff. Excellent meal choices from the menu planner chosen meals on the receipt]. We were served within 10-15 min's excellent food presentation... large portions. Overall a great atmosphere in a spacious environment with plenty of dining space dine outside if preferred. Parking opposite Candy. Menu prices very reasonable we will defiantly return living locally.

Enjoyed it, had the avocado smash but I am dairy intolerant so asked to swap beetroot fetta for mushrooms which wasn't a problem (& I wasn't charged extra) coffee was okay but not the best I've had (I have long black so you can defintely taste the difference between good and average coffee).Went again today (another Saturday morning) waited about 10 mins with staff constantly walking back and forth ( the coffee machine was broken so lots of staff seemed to be fussing about that) before finally asking someone if they could take our order ( last time it was table service)& was told to go the counter and order (maybe tell customers when your seating them!) Ordered the same as last time except this time I realised after sitting down that I'd been charged extra for mushrooms. Definitely a different vibe from the first time (& it was busy but not crazy busy)Disappointed as we like to give other business' a chance but think we'll stick to where we usually go.

I recommend everyone to go there, they have great service and eat.

The food was a... read more We went for a high tea for my dads bday have to say it was fantastic! The staff are lovely it’s a nice atmosphere in the cafe with a quirky feel! The food was amazing the little sandwiches through to the delicious cakes then...the best chai latte we have had for a long time! To top it off the price is very reasonable. Such a nice afternoon we definitely will do again!
