This is my new favourite spot for Sunday breakfast when I visit Cairns. They are located in side street, half a block back from the Esplanade, which is enough to get rid of the crowds walking past you, and give you a reasonable price. They are open for breakfast and lunch. Service is great, and I highly recommend the perfectly made poached eggs. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Cafe Terrazza:
If you like your 'standard' meal options, nothing fancy, on a budget, this is your place. If you want acai bowls, almond milk coffee or organic meal compoents -- go elsewhere. Bright View all feedback.
On a scorching day, my friend and I sought out a pleasant spot to enjoy some refreshing juice and a light meal.
It can be difficult to find a good breakfast spot in a quiet fishing village outside of your hotel in the early morning.

I come here each time I visit Cairns. It is always consistently good and great value. The service is quick, effecient and reliable. Highly recommended for breakfast.
Went for breakfast the other day at 10 in the morning with my brother who has lived in Cairns for over 20 years.Unassuming cafe and just metres from the esplanade. My brother had fried egg and bacon with toast. Eggs were fried in rings and the yolks lovely and runny. Bacon was rindless middle cut and juicy. I felt like a burger and ordered a beef burger. It came on a fresh white roll with fresh crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and some beetroot, delicious. I think it was supposed to still be breakfast menu but nothing is too much trouble for proprietor Andie.Overhearing conversation from those around me indicated that this was a place where locals come. It's easy to be tempted by many nearby large and flash looking places on 'The Nade" (Esplanade) but this place is like home and when next in Cairns will definitely be back.Cheers Andie
