I asked the staff what was happening and why they were directing traffic this way. They told me I shouldn't have listened to the man and that I should have gone the way I had been instructed. However, when someone is yelling at you to go the opposite direction, it’s hard not to react. I really think the staff should have told that man, when he arrived at the window incorrectly, to turn around and come back through the proper line. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at this location.

The gentleman who served me was a breath of fresh air; he provided the best customer service I've received in the last five years. Because of this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. The main reason is because of your staff, like the person I had the pleasure of speaking with yesterday! Keep up the excellent work!

Overall, I would rate the food a 1, but the service and atmosphere both deserve a 5.
