Went into the restaurant at 2pm which had 3 or 4 tables available downstairs and less than 10 customers, for some unknown reason we were seated upstairs which w... read more Went into the restaurant at 2pm which had 3 or 4 tables available downstairs and less than 10 customers, for some unknown reason we were seated upstairs which was empty. The service was initially fine but after being after served 1 bottle of water, 2 beers, 2 pizzas and a salad we were then basically ignored for 40 minutes. My wife eventually went downstairs and asked for service. We had 2 glasses of wine served . At the till we were asked for 50 euros without being given the courtesy of seeing the bill. The pizza and salad were average and I have enjoyed much better pizza in Naples or in other parts of Italy. The poor service was worsened by the fact that they failed to recognise it and they couldn't even look after 2 customers in an empty restaurant.

Themis is a very pleasant place: excellent breakfasts, convenient business lunches, and an elegant restaurant in the evenings with beautifully presented dishes.... read more Themis is a very pleasant place: excellent breakfasts, convenient business lunches, and an elegant restaurant in the evenings with beautifully presented dishes. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service friendly. The dishes, however, despite being served in a gourmet style, remain rather simple in taste: they seem like ordinary dishes disguised as fine dining. With more attention to quality, attention to detail, and greater customer service, the experience could truly take things to the next level. A place with great potential, which with a few improvements could become a true reference point.

Unfortunately, to my great regret, I have noticed over time (having been a customer for years now) a decline in quality in this place, from the pastas that used... read more Unfortunately, to my great regret, I have noticed over time (having been a customer for years now) a decline in quality in this place, from the pastas that used to be good and well made, now the quality has dropped a lot, poor quality pastas and for a refined place like this I would say it is not the best... as well as the staff at the tables who, having been completely renovated, suffer from inexperience. Endless wait at the table, various distractions. It's a real shame, it was my favorite bar, but if the quality drops it is also normal that not everyone is happy with it. Special praise goes to the new barman, kind and very professional. I hope it is a temporary moment.

The dishes are... read more I've been here several times, both for lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is refined but not overly so. Impeccable, fast, and professional service. The dishes are delicious, both à la carte and for lunch, with several menu options. Very well-stocked for breakfast or a snack. Recommended.
