He recommended t... read more We were on a cruise stop and our private taxi dropped us half way down the beach to avoid the throngs of fellow passengers near the coach park. He recommended this place to avoid the cost of beach bars. Always trust a taxi driver ..especially an Italian one who speaks good English. So the kids came and got the most wonderful selection of gelato. A real local treat and cheap too.

Bobo is best at the more classic creams: pistacchio, nocciola (hazelnut), crema mariolina, fondente (dark chocolate), but also does an excellent yogurt a while offering some fun, unexpected flavor combinations. When they have it, the ginger is great! Slightly hot to the tongue in...a perfect balance. Always high quality ingredients, friendly, efficient service.
