It is a semi set menu arrangement: the entrées or appetisers are fixed and just arrive, and then we (three people each chose a main course from the extensive (meat menu to share... plenty of variety, but it 's not a seafood place. Some token sweets arrived after the mains: not terrible, but not very noteworthy. The food is genuine Sardinian with good choice in the meat dishes, and the wine is house choose red or white. Service was friendly, and I seem to recall a complimentary glass of Myrto at the end. The whole experience cost 27 euros per head: this is fantastic value.
Recommended by a local person, we found this restaurant really worth a visit. They serve traditional Sardinian food, very tasty, made from local ingredients. You can even try stewed donkey or goat. The staff is nice, although not always speaking fluent English. Very good value for the price if you choose one of the menus.
Non English speaking, unfriendly service. Chaotic and incorrectly served food. After first dish, dessert was served while we suppose to have had a second dish. After second dish we were through with the food. Reheated and tasteless food. So we called out the check and skip the dessert. They brought the dessert anyway and billed for it as well. Most frustrating evening in Sardinia.
Excellent regional cuisine, small but cosy room, traditional Sardinian music, fair prices
Great food, typical local of the place, great welcome! Good prices!
